Luzhky (or Luzhkivskyi) waterfall is one of the highest waterfalls of the Hutsul region; its height reaches up to over 14 m.
It is located in the Pokuttia-Bukovynian Carpathians in Kosiv region, 6.5 km to the west of the central part of Velykyi Rozhyn village, behind Luzhky settlement.
In this area, a small forest stream is rapidly (sometimes straight down) falling down inclined rock. A little below the waterfall, a stream flows into Verhne Seredne river, which is the right tributary of the Velykorozhanka (Cheremosh basin). A unique natural waterfall surrounded by beautiful woods and wildlife. The water in the gorge is always very cold, because the waterfall is hidden from the sunlight under the trees
